Do you ever heard about the Karen people? This is what I would like to share with you. Karen people are people who live in Burma and some of them live in refugee camps in Thailand but some of them live between the borders of Thailand and Burma. I just put a video on my blog and I would like you to take a look at it and compare your lives and their lives. I am a Karen too. But now I am making my future but I could not forget the rest of the Karen people who are still in refugee camps in Thailand and struggling their lives to be survive. Now we are in U.S.A we have a better life, we have a better school and education but they aren't. I have been in U.S.A just for two years and I am still in high school, I know my English is weak and I know I have to study harder. Many Karen people in refugee camps in Thailand want to study English but they have very less chance to study English. Now while you are reading my message would you please be kind and go the the web site and meet more Karen people and you can also learn our culture and tradition. Karen people have their own traditional clothes and language. We hope that you might be able to know more about the Karen people also meet them in person. Many Americans go to refugee camps in Thailand and help the Karen people with anything they could. Some of them even speak our language because they spend a lot of time with us. These are some pictures and videos which is would bring you closer to Karen people. I hope when you see these pictures and videos you might be able to feel their hearts, feelings and how difficult lives they have. Thanks for your reading.
